These Terms of Use govern your use of Gloopi. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

Gloopi is a task companion app for iOS designed to help you start tasks when you feel stuck. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Subscriptions and billing

Gloopi offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $29.99/year (includes a 7-day free trial)

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions)
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. AI-generated content

Gloopi uses AI to suggest subtask breakdowns for your tasks. These suggestions are generated by a language model and are provided for convenience only. They do not constitute professional, medical, therapeutic, or productivity advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated suggestions.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by MO Horizons LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the App (tasks, notes, etc.) remains your property.

6. Availability and changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Apple EULA

This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA will take precedence.

Gloopi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gloopi is a productivity companion tool. It does not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MO Horizons LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Gloopi.
