How do I cancel my subscription?Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Select Gloopi and choose Cancel Subscription. Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. For billing questions or refund requests, contact Apple Support.

How does the AI task breakdown work?When you ask Gloopi to break down a task, your task title is sent to our server, which uses AI to generate small, actionable steps. Only the task title is sent — no other data. The AI suggestions are not stored on our servers.

Is my data private?Yes. All your tasks, preferences, and app data are stored locally on your device. No account is required. We do not collect personally identifiable information. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I change my display name?Tap on Gloopi (the companion character) to open the profile view. From there, you can update the name Gloopi uses to address you.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?Sign in with the same Apple ID on your new device and download Gloopi. Your subscription should restore automatically. If it doesn't, open the app and your subscription status will sync within a few moments.

Subscription help
Subscription billing is managed by Apple through your App Store account. For billing changes or cancellations, use your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
